The Rum G&T

  • 1¼ ounces Cotton and Reed White Rum
  • ¼ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 5 ounces good-quality tonic water
  • For garnish: flaky sea salt and lime slice

Fill a medium-tall Tom Collins glass with ice. Then measure out the ingredients using a cocktail jigger and pour over. Stir the drink confidently with a tall spoon for several seconds, then finish with a sprinkling of flaky sea salt and garnish with a fresh slice of lime.

The Patxaran Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1½ ounces Tanqueray gin 
  • 1½ ounces Patxaran 
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice 
  • ¼ ounce simple syrup  
  • 1 star anise seed (for garnish)  

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker over ice, combine the gin, Patxaran, lemon juice and simple syrup. If you’re unable to find Patxaran, Plymouth sloe gin is a suitable replacement. Seal the cocktail shaker and give the mix a vigorous shake. Take a highball glass with ice and strain the mix into the glass, until about half-full. Top off the drink with soda water, and garnish with a star anise seed. 

Cannabis Green Smoothie

Serves 1

Nothing like a powerful smoothie to start your day. Add a scoop of protein powder, whey or otherwise to add another boost.  

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana  
  • ½ green apple (cored and cut in large pieces) 
  • 1 inch piece ginger 
  • ¾ cup almond or cashew milk 
  • Cannabis leaves to taste 
  • Crushed ice  

Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.
