Cannabis Green Smoothie

Serves 1

Nothing like a powerful smoothie to start your day. Add a scoop of protein powder, whey or otherwise to add another boost.  

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana  
  • ½ green apple (cored and cut in large pieces) 
  • 1 inch piece ginger 
  • ¾ cup almond or cashew milk 
  • Cannabis leaves to taste 
  • Crushed ice  

Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.
