In celebration of Negroni Week, Columbia Room will serve a special menu starting Monday, June 24th through Sunday, June 30th, offering different variations of a Negroni. A percentage of all proceeds will be donated to Share Our Strength. The menu, which is available within the Punch Garden and Spirits Library, includes a classic Negroni, as well as the Kingston Negroni with a house rum blend, Spanish Vermouth, and Campari; and the Watermelon Americano with Campari, Blanc Vermouth, and salted watermelon soda. In addition to specialty cocktails ($15), Columbia Room offers a Campari Paté ($12), chicken liver paté with Campari gelée and toast. The Punch Garden and Spirits Library are open seating with the regular a la carte menu also available.
