This Wednesday, Chef José Andrés, Spike Mendelsohn and Anthony Lombardo are joining forces with DC Central Kitchen to host Feeding the 5000 DC. Feeding the 5000 is a project of Feedback, a London-based nonprofit whose mission is too combat the issue of global food waste.
