Sauté leftover diced chicken meat in saucepan with a little olive oil and a couple of tablespoons of water and season to taste with a spice blend of cumin powder, Mexican chili powder, garlic salt and onion powder. Sauce with taco sauce or other spicy sauce of your choice and mix. Serve with warmed corn tortillas, shredded Mexican cheese, fresh cilantro, diced red onions and diced tomatoes.
