We invite you to #SweatInShaw on Sunday September 16, 2018. Explore the many wellness options as well as indulge in a day of pampering at the #SweatinShaw Zen Lounge powered by M.Y. Lifestyle for just $75. Proceeds benefit Shaw Main Streets, Inc. a local non-profit that helps improve the experience of Shaw living.
The inaugural event will take a place on Sunday September 16, 2018 from 11:30-4:00 pm. As a #SweatInShaw attendee, you will choose a fitness track consisting of three 45-minute sessions (see options below) offered by these Shaw fitness businesses:
- Urban Athletic Club
- Off Road
- The Yoga Shala
- Fuel Body Lab
- District Pilates
- Reformation Fitness
#SweatInShaw Zen Lounge located at The Colonel (1250 9th Street NW) where participants will receive:
- Salad options from Cava and brunch bites from buttercream
- Fresh herb Infused Spritzers by Sponsored by Zurina
- DIY clay mask bar by Skin Scholars
- Massages courtesy of M.Y. Lifesyle
- Swag Bag full of #SweatInShaw Goodies
Purchaser must pick up #SweatInShaw Class Pass at the #SweatInShaw Zen Lounge and present it at each location. Your choice of four fitness tracks:
Strength— Improve your strength, from bodyweight to barbells with classes from Reformation Fitness, UAC, The Yoga Shala, Off Road DC, District Pilates, and solidcore
Core —Activate your core with classes from Off Road DC, The Yoga Shala, solidcore, Reformation Fitness, and UAC
Sweat — Burn a ton of calories with heart-pumping classes from Reformation Fitness, District Pilates, The Yoga Shala, UAC, Fuel, and Off Road DC
Sculpt: Build your perfect body with classes from Off Road DC, Fuel, Reformation Fitness and the The Yoga Shala
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All participants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring whatever you need for the day - shoes, socks, change of clothes (you will get sweaty!)
