JuMak DC Korean Feast and Fundraiser

  • 3522 12th Street Northeast Washington, DC, 20017 United States (map)

JuMak (주막) and District Space are proud to present a Korean feast for a great cause.

Justin Ahn will be preparing a 4-course meal (plus a surprise or two) featuring his signature takes on classic Korean cuisine (see menu below).

Drinks will be available a la carte and will be prepared by District Space's in-house beverage team, 1 Ounce or 2 Cocktail Collective. Expect inspired cocktails as well as traditional Korean beer and soju.

JuMak and District Space are excited to support our friend Gary as he participates in this year's AIDS/LifeCycle by donating 33% of all proceeds from sales to his team.

AIDS/LifeCycle is a 7 day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles and is co-produced by the Los Angeles LGBT Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundation, designed to advance their shared goal to reduce new HIV infections and improve the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS. As part of the ride, thousands of people participating as either Cyclists, Roadies, Volunteers, or Virtual Cyclists raise critically needed funds for HIV/AIDS-related services and bring to light the fact that HIV/AIDS is still a devastating disease in our society, particularly the LGBT community and communities of color.

To learn more about AIDS/LifeCycle, as well as Gary's fundraising efforts, we encourage you to visit his fundraising page.
