An inspiring event hosted by Just Ice Tea and Philippe Chow.
The evening brings together exceptional food, meaningful conversation, and a mission of global impact, all in support of building a much-needed health clinic in Mozambique. The clinic will serve farmers in Cha de Magoma, home to the world’s largest organic tea garden and the source of Just Ice Tea’s ingredients. Guests will have the chance to connect with founders Seth Goldman (Honest Tea) and Chef Spike Mendelsohn (Top Chef, renowned DC restaurateur), while enjoying passed bites and exclusive dishes. A premium open bar will feature Just Ice Tea cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. In partnership with Rotary International, the Asian Tea Group, and the Fair Trade Workers Council of Cha de Magoma, the initiative will bring vital diagnostic and medical services to more than 10,000 residents in Mozambique’s Gurué District, where life expectancy averages just 54.6 years.
