Our resident ice cream expert, CEO, and co-owner, Tony Brusco, will be leading you through a blind taste test and sensory evaluation with a curated ice cream flight.

You’ll learn how recipes are created, the importance of pasteurization, and how SMC develops their very own flavors. And of course, have the chance to try exclusive, experimental flavors!
This event will be held at the South Mountain Creamery Ice Cream Shop & Pizza located in Downtown Frederick.
