Evenings at the Ovoka Farm Table: Father’s Day Prime Rib Dinner

A series of farm-to-table culinary experiences at Ovoka Farm, centered around our Virginia-raised F1 Wagyu beef, paired with the foundational wine releases from Ovoka Farm Winery and local Virginia wines. Prix fixe four-course menus by Chef Joel Valente highlight the best of the season, incorporating locally grown produce sourced directly from our neighboring farm partners.
Each evening begins with a welcome wine tasting on the historic Manor Home terrace, offering a moment to take in the beauty of the season on the farm. Continue inside to the dining room, where guests dine at a community-style shared table. The experience unfolds through a progression of thoughtfully composed dishes, inviting connection and conversation.
Optional wine pairings feature new releases from Ovoka Farm Winery, complemented by a selection of Virginia wines from partner producers. These evenings tell the story of Ovoka Farm through seasonal fare, our heritage F1 Wagyu beef, estate wines, and signature hospitality.
