Centrolina 2026 Chef’s Table Series: Lilith

Join Chef Amy Brandwein—an eight-time James Beard Award nominee (2026 Semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurant)—on March 18 for a special edition of Centrolina’s Chef’s Table, presented in collaboration with Chefs Jamilka Borges and Dianne DeStefano of Lilith.
Hosted in Centrolina’s intimate Chef’s Salon, this one-night-only experience will feature a collaborative four-course tasting menu that brings together the chefs’ distinct culinary perspectives, highlighting seasonal ingredients and the vibrant flavors that define each of their kitchens. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with the chefs throughout the evening and enjoy a unique, behind-the-scenes dining experience in an intimate setting.
A portion of the evening’s proceeds will support a charity selected by the guest chefs.
