Catherine Down-Editor
Catherine Down ate her way around the world before settling down in Washington, D.C. She studied food in every way possible while getting a M.A. in Food Culture & Communications at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Prior to returning stateside to launch and edit edibleDC, she had a brief but delightful stint at the food blog Paris by Mouth. She is also a Culinary Strategy Associate at EDENS and could happily eat nothing but cheese every day.
