Building on the success of past events, TICO will continue to host cooking classes led by Chef Rodrigo Perez. In the coming months Chef Perez will teach classes around new themes starting with a Latin-inspired Easter cooking class on March 11th. These classes are intended for guests with any level of cooking experience and the Tico team will be providing guidance to all guests while sharing their tips and tricks of the trade.
On Sunday, March 11th, Chef Rodrigo Perez will teach guests how to throw a Latin-inspired Easter dinner. Guests will learn how to make Chef Perez’ Mole recipe as well as additional savory approaches to chocolate including Roasted Pork with Cocoa Butter Sauce and Cocoa-rubbed Crudo.
