On this walking tour, you'll go behind the scenes at several restaurants including Teaism, Firefly, Beefsteak and Equinox, for bites and sips that are made from ingredients you just might be throwing away at home. Broccoli stems? Lemon peels? The "spent grain" leftover from brewing beer? It all has amazingly delicious potential.
