Care farming is the therapeutic use of farming practices for health, social, or educational purposes for vulnerable groups of people.
This full-day summit will focus on care farming for the benefit of individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Join us in sharing experiences, talking through challenges, and brainstorming ways to improve the field. You'll leave this event with new connections and a support network for the future.

From 270, take exit 15 Father Hurley Blvd towards Damascus. Take Route 27/ Ridge Rd about 5 miles. Turn left down our driveway directly across from Davis Mill Rd. and Southern States Supply Store. Our driveway has a large sign for the Ovid Hazen Wells Park. If you pass Cedar Grove Elementary School on the right you have gone too far.
From 70, take exit 68 MD 27 S/Ridge Rd towards Damascus. Go approximately 9 miles on MD 27 S/Ridge Rd. Turn right down our driveway directly across from Davis Mill Rd. and Southern States Supply Store. Our driveway has a large sign for the Ovid Hazen Wells Park. If you pass Gene's Johns you have driven one driveway too far.
