OnThursday, September 6th from 10:30pm – 12:30am, Tiger Fork will transform into a lively Night Market. Guests will be transported to the streets of Hong Kong with various food and drink stands throughout the restaurant, along with a DJ to keep the spirited energy going all night long.
Tiger Fork will welcome guest chefs, Adam Greenberg of Coconut Club, Dorjee Tsering of Dorjee Momo and Caroline Yi of Sunday Morning Bakehouse, who will feature dishes like Spam Fried Rice, Sunflower Buns and Bolo Bao. Tiger Fork’s own Chef de Cuisine, Jong Son, will showcase the restaurant’s late night menu at his food stand. Kavalan Whisky and Nikka Distilling will be on hand serving up whisky flights and unique highball cocktails.
No ticket or reservation for the event is required and walk-ins are welcome as all offerings will be first-come, first-served. The Tiger Fork Night Market will become a monthly activation with additional dates announced in September.
