Chef Bio: Wilma B. Consul is Citizen Cook, a boutique personal chef & catering business in Washington, DC. She infuses healthy tweaks and sustainable practices to her native Filipino food. Cooking since she was five years old, Consul, who also produces/reports for NPR and works as a dance and theater artist, studied at L'Academie de Cuisine and Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, where she returned as a culinary arts instructor.
