This farmers' circle will be conducted in the J.M. Fortier style -- a post-season gathering for farmers to brainstorm solutions to their biggest problem faced during the 2018 season. This session is geared toward intermediate and advanced growers, but newer farmers are welcome if they have at least 2 years of growing experience.

This is a format farmers in the Montreal region have been using for years and have found to be a phenomenal way to informally learn from one another and build their collective knowledge base. Each farmer shares their biggest issue faced in the previous growing season (odds are someone else has also faced this at some point or another) and the brainstorming commences! If the group size is small, we may be able to go around the circle twice. 2018 was a tough year. It'll be great to create these yearly meet-ups for farmers to brainstorm and problem solve together with other farmers in their growing region.

The event is FREE. But please RSVP so we know how many people to expect.
