Join Busboys and Poets as we partner with the YMCA-Anthony Bowen for monthly cooking seminars. Eager home cooks and Busboys and Poets fans will learn how to make dishes from the Busboys and Poets menu as well as try out new items we are considering adding to the menu. Menus for these classes will focus on easy-to-find ingredients and time-saving steps.
This month, we will be learning how to cook: Yellow Tomato Gazpacho and Tri-Colored Quinoa.
As we know, healthy living is not just about working out but also about what we put in our bodies. This month’s class is Eating from the Garden and will focus on plant-based dishes.
