We have created a special menu that takes you on a trip to the southern Italian region of Puglia to celebrate the unique flavors that are present in spring. We are paying homage, not only to our Chef's family roots, but also to the unique ingredients and flavors of the “heel of the boot” with this menu that features an antipasto of burrata with peperoncino, a primo of orecchiette pasta with Pugliese sausage and rapini followed by an herb roasted lamb top secondo. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. Each Dinner at the Chef's Table is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the things we value here at Via Umbria: great food, great wine, great people!
