We are very excited to announce this special dinner menu that features recipes from Elizabeth Minchilli’s new book Eating My Way Through Italy. Elizabeth is a food writer, blogger and architecture lover who is based in Rome, Italy but also resides part time in the Umbrian countryside and this special weekend menu coincides with Elizabeth’s visit and book signing here at Via Umbria. While Elizabeth will not be able to join, she and Chef Liam have chosen their favorite recipes from the book that range from sformato di parmigiano with balsamic from the Emilia-Romagna region to fish baked with olives from Puglia and finishing with the Esse cookies from the Veneto region. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. Each Dinner at the Chef's Table is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the things we value here at Via Umbria: great food, great wine, great people!
