Send July off with a toast at Zaytinya for a Cocktail Dinner featuring Republic Restoratives! On July 31 for one night only, DC’s Republic Restoratives Spirits will create six unique cocktails exclusively for this evening to pair with dishes from Head Chef Michael Costa. Have a mouthwatering mezze and spirit-forward dinner and get the chance to try several of Republic Restoratives’ spirits, including their Civic Vodka, Borough Bourbon and Rodham Rye.
