By day he crafts Stellina's signature Neo-Neapolitan pizzas with a bevy of creative, seasonal toppings, but on the last Saturday of each month, Chef Matteo Venini returns to his fine dining roots to present a special tasting menu of upscale Italian dishes with a touch of whimsy and style. On September 28, he'll prepare an early fall feast with carefully selected wine pairings, including the esteemed Valpolicella from Dal Forno Romano in Verona and other selections from Piedmont and Tuscany
The menu is $145 per person with wines, $95 per person without, and features:
