If you have lived in DC over the last 10 years or so, you may have noticed something about the food in the city. It’s getting better, a lot better.
Whether it’s the proliferation of restaurants (both fine dining and casual), or the emergence of the farmers markets bringing local food to our tables, D.C.’s food scene is clearly going through a revolution. Celebrity chefs, local eateries, milk deliveries, Sunday markets, these are all positive signs that the D.C. palate is expanding as rapidly as the local population is growing.
Three years ago, we met with a very high profile
